Vanilla 

We partner with the world class vanilla-producing communities in
Madagascar because of their commitment to high ethical standards and
quality. These communities encourage the development and application
of socially acceptable practices in the workplace helping the family-owned
farms and cooperatives to prosper. This helps us in producing high-quality
Madagascan vanilla beans.

Green vanilla beans have no flavor or aroma when they are harvested.
Unlike fruits and other berries, vanilla will stop ripening the moment it gets
picked. To create the vanilla as we all know and love, we need to ripen it
by curing the beans. The value of vanilla is its characteristic aroma which
is achieved from the enzymatic action during curing. Our master curer
and his team works tirelessly to get the perfectly formed high quality
bean.
